Canning Vale has located 16 km in the southern suburb of Perth. This suburb is situated in the local government area, the City of Canning and the City of Gosnells.
Back in 2001, according to the census, canning vale had the mostly lower-middle income population of 12,849 residents. This number is increasing rapidly to 33,059 in 2016 (census quick stats).
