Solar My Home WA Returns to Our Roots

With 2025 off to a flying start, Solar My Home WA is excited to reveal a rejuvenated brand – and a reclaimed name which returns us to our roots.

When our company began in 2008, founded by my dad, Kim Robson, and grounded in Western Australia’s building industry, it was launched as Connect Solar.

With me at the helm, the company underwent a transformation in 2017 and became known as Solar My Home WA. Under this new name – and in an increasingly competitive market – we solidified our position and became recognised as one of WA’s best and most reputable solar companies.
As 2024 drew to a close, the need to revitalise our look and return to the Connect Solar name became clear. These changes place us in a superior position to support our ongoing expansion and underscore our expertise in connecting clients with quality customised solar solutions across both the residential and commercial sectors.

While we have modernised the visual appeal of our brand and reclaimed our original moniker, everything else stays the same.

We’re still one of Western Australia’s longest-running solar suppliers and installers.

We’re still family-owned and WA-owned.

I’m continuing to lead the team and my dad, Kim, is still a central part of our crew.

Our outstanding Perth-based team still possesses 60+ years of industry experience.
